Note: Fitness Professionals who occupy more than 1,000 square feet or have employees do not qualify for the Individual Fitness Professional Program and must complete an application as a Facility.

Fitness Professionals who teach swimming lessons should complete the Sports Instructor application.

All tiers include Professional Liability. Additional Insureds (gyms, studios, clubs) are $30 each. Additional Insured cannot be another trainer or instructor.

Group Exercise Instructors

If you teach only group exercise classes, you qualify for our Group Exercise Rate. Note that trainers who work one-on-one with clients are not eligible for this classification.
